The new development of the commercial rental units is located at corner of Brydon Street and Mountain Avenue Neepawa MB, the renovation provide new spaces for Thrift store, Home hardware store on main floor and 4 commercial rental units on second floor, a total of approximate 20,000 square feet renovation area. The mechanical design includes:

• New gas fired roof top unit, heat recovery, demand ventilation control, new ducting system for the entire areas
• New plumbing system, new plumbing system.
• Upgrade wet sprinkler system
