New legal aid office, Dauphin MB

This is the first stage of a new development, the legal aid office occupy a total of 4,100 square feet out of a 12,000 square feet new development. the legal aid office is designed to suit for two groups of legal teams working under the same building.

The mechanical engineering scope of work includes:

• Two high efficiency gas fired furnaces, one for interior space and one for exterior space
• Heat recovery ventilation for the entire office space
• Basic plumbing for washroom and lunch
