The project is to renovate an existing online store warehouse into a new facility for Samaritan House Ministries resource center, the total renovated area is over 20,000 square feet, including main floor and basement.

The facility is housing Samaritan House Ministries Food Bank, which is Manitoba's second largest food bank, distributing over 1400 food hampers per month!

The resource center is also running a shelter facility for occasional homeless, a training center, a community garden program and a volunteer training program.
