The new acquired property is the former Cargill Animal Nutrition Plant,  manufacturing full line of livestock feeds for dairy, beef, swine, poultry and specialty feeds for dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, sheep and goats.

The renovation is to create a total of 8,290 square feet of new head office, some challenges including:
