Medicine Hat Mall Food Court Renovation, Medicine Hat, AB

The project is to renovate the food court kitchen to suit for new tenants.

A commercial kitchen with a make up air and grease exhaust system were provided. Ventilation system sizing and purchasing was through CaptiveAire Toronto office.

CSA certified duct wraps were installed on grease ductwork to achieve zero clearance to combustible materials. The challenge is to

1. Integrate the new system to the existing mall ventilation system.

2. Coordinate with mall landlord engineer, Smith Anderson Calgary

3. Obtain all approval from City of Medicine Hat

4. Review all construction details with landlord property management team
