New Farmery Brewery, Neepawa, Manitoba

The project is to convert an existing agricultural machine shop of 15,000 sq ft into a brewery house.

The mechanical design's purpose is to modify the existing in-floor heating, make-up and exhaust air system to suit for new application.

The mechanical design also includes a gas fired boiler for brewing process purposes. All piping systems, tanks, low pressure steam and chilled glycol systems are provided and tested on site.
