The brand new three storey 50,000 square feet building is for providing supportive services to individuals in mental health or psychosocial crisis. The mechanical designs include:

• Direct digital control (DDC) system
• Multi-roof top units for each area with different conditions.
• Demand ventilation
• Humidification system to maintain RH level within each area
• Variable air volume (VAV) system with zone level control
• Enhanced ventilation system to suit for Class B division 2 on the top floor
• Wet sprinkler system throughout the entire building.
• Plumbing system for a typical hospital application
