Semi-trailer repair and maintenance shop, Dauphin MB

The pre-engineered shop is located on the outskirt of the City of Dauphin, the facility is mainly for truck and semi-trailer repair and maintenance.

The mechanical scope of work include:

• A total of 11,000 square feet truck and semi-trailer repair and maintenance shop
• One direct fired make-up air unit that need to be interlocked with shop exhaust fans.
•  CO/NOx detectors to initiate second stage ventilation
• Vertical close loop field geothermal system.
• Geothermal heating and cooling for the shop office area.
• Geothermal in-floor heating and cooling for the shop area
• Trench drain and oil interceptor for the shop area.
